Another local plumber had started a job at her home and never completed the work and refused to return our many calls. Thankfully on this morning, I reached Tom. What a great guy! I explained our story to him and he told me he would be out later in the afternoon after finishing up some paperwork. Well apparently the more he thought about the elderly lady with no hot water for 6 days he decided to put the paperwork aside and headed right over to her house. He arrived at 11:30 am and by 12:45 pm he was already finished with the replacement of the hot water heater and other necessary repairs.
